Policy Advisor
Léa Pilsner is a Policy Advisor in E3G’s Brussels office. Her role focuses on supporting the delivery of the EU climate neutrality by 2050 goal.

Léa leads on EU research and innovation activities as well as works on EU-China relations and EU climate and energy policies.
As part of his role, Léa works with varied constituencies to build coalitions, deliver impact-driven outcomes and cutting-edge political analysis to support Europe’s decarbonisation.
Léa holds a PhD from the University of Leeds (UK) in political science where her thesis investigated EU-China sustainable energy cooperation. She also holds an MA from the University of Hamburg and a double BA from Sciences Po Strasbourg and Trinity College Dublin.
A keen traveller, Léa now traded her habit of regularly moving to different countries and long overseas trips with her love for international (and especially Chinese) cuisine and Europe-based trips.
