They lead E3G’s work on fair industrial transformation, advocating for workers’ rights and promoting the wellbeing of local communities in the EU.
Previously, Clàudia worked with the European Committee of the Regions and Eurocities, where they concentrated on advancing the climate transition at the local level. Their work sparked a strong interest in co-creating climate solutions with local stakeholders, ensuring that policies are tailored to the unique needs of each community.
In their free time, Clàudia enjoys staying active through hiking and other forms of exercise. They advocate for LGBTIQ+ rights and have a deep interest in personal and emotional development, psychology and mindfulness.
