Anda is a Senior Researcher in the Public Banks and Development Team at E3G, focusing on government and Multilateral Development Bank (MDB) engagement.

Within Public Banks and Development, Anda supports efforts to build MDB and stakeholder collaboration and analyzes politics and strategy to mobilize climate finance, with an emphasis on the Global South.

Prior to E3G, Anda contributed to urban and regional climate finance access and network organization with the Global Policy, Governance, and Cities department at the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ). Her cross-sector experience in organizations in the United States, Germany, Japan, South Korea, India, Argentina, the United Kingdom, and Taiwan spans climate, policy, research and education.

Anda holds a Master’s of Public Policy with a concentration in climate policy and quantitative analysis from the Hertie School in Berlin and a Bachelor’s in Political Science from Minerva University in San Francisco.

Offline, Anda can usually be found outdoors – preferably near the ocean or mountains – sailing, hiking, reading, or pitching a tent somewhere with a view.
