Sam Godolphin
Programme Manager
Sam is a Programme Manager in E3G's Programme Management Office.

Sam works across technical teams and offices to streamline internal processes and enhance E3G’s capacity to deliver its programmatic objectives, ensuring that projects are secured, set up and managed to best practice standards. As part of the wider PMO team, Sam works to develop cross-cutting tools and initiatives to further E3G’s excellence in project delivery.
Before joining E3G, Sam was Senior Consultant in Governance and Economic Growth with Crown Agents, and Head of Partnerships & Strategy with Trócaire, based in Myanmar. He holds a BA in History and Politics from the University of Liverpool, and an MA in Politics, Security and Integration from University College London.
Outside of work, Sam is a keen runner and cyclist; and aspires to one day be a successful gardener.
