She is responsible for overseeing E3G’s work on public and private finance including systemic financial reform.

Her role involves managing a portfolio of projects delivered by a team who work on national, European and international finance policy, international financial institutions and development finance, and climate-related financial risk.

Kate was previously the Global Director of Policy at CDP for ten years. Prior to that she worked in the UK government’s Office of Climate Change and trained as a commercial analyst at BP Plc.

Kate has a Masters degree in Leadership for Sustainable Development and studied Classics at Oxford University.

In her spare time she enjoys travel and local volunteering.
