Jacques Morris
Head of the International Transition Plan Network (ITPN)
Jacques is Head of the International Transition Plan Network (ITPN).
The ITPN is focussed on supporting global collaboration on private sector transition plans and their applications for national policies and regulations.
Prior to this role, Jacques was the Team Leader for the Transition Plan Taskforce Secretariat which developed a gold standard for private sector transition plans and is being adopted internationally. This was alongside roles as Group Policy Lead at the Oxford Sustainable Finance Group and Head of Policy at the Centre for Greening Finance and Investment. Jacques began his career in the UK Civil Service, where he held several roles including leading on green finance for COP26 in the Cabinet Office, and advising the Prime Minister and Cabinet Secretary on domestic policy priorities in the Cabinet Office’s Economic and Domestic Affairs Secretariat.
He holds a BA in History from the University of Oxford. Outside of work, Jacques enjoys outdoor adventures on a bicycle, a run or in a tent.
