Sandra is involved in supporting and advising the growing team on HR matters, provides general HR services, advises best practices, gives practical assistance to line managers on recruitment and selection and is a driving force on wellbeing within the organisation.

Previously Sandra worked as HR Manager at VIP Security (Essex) in a fast-paced company.

She holds an International Business Management and Administration bachelor’s degree from Vilnius University and in 2018 qualified in CIPD Level 3.

Her recent studies focused on developing an understanding of how the People Profession sits within an organisation as well as the external and commercial influences HR professionals will need to work within. Learning how to build skills in areas such as talent management, recruitment, reward and people development.

Her free time is devoted to her children, and she enjoys yoga, wild swimming, canoeing, travelling and karaoke.
