Kate Ryan
Senior Policy Advisor
Kate is a Senior Policy Advisor at E3G and supports the UK’s Transition Plan Taskforce, as part of the Secretariat jointly hosted by E3G and the UK CGFI.
Kate is the International Engagement Lead for the TPT Secretariat. She works to ensure the TPT supports global coherence and uptake of transition plans.
Prior to joining E3G, Kate worked on climate change policy for the New Zealand government, including as a Principal Advisor in the Ministry for the Environment and in the office of the Minister of Climate Change.
Kate has a BA in Political Science, Philosophy, and International Relations from the Victoria University of Wellington.
In her spare time, she enjoys reading, travelling, and searching for the best decaf coffee in London.
