Elliott Bourgeault is a Senior Policy Advisor focusing on climate risk and resilience.
Elliott focuses on refining E3G’s strategic approach to unlocking greater levels of adaptation finance and facilitates internal and external work on risk and resilience topics.
Prior to joining E3G, Elliott was a Senior Communications Specialist at South Pole and a Senior Policy Analyst facilitating intergovernmental climate cooperation for the Government of British Columbia, Canada. He holds a MSc in Environmental Governance from the University of Freiburg and a BA in Political Science from the University of Regina.
In his spare time, Elliott enjoys taking his family on long-distance canoe or cycling trips, traditional hand tool woodworking, and playing classical piano.
