He most recently served as Programme Coordinator at Climate Action Network South Asia (CANSA), where he led regional strategies on energy transition, urban resilience, and climate finance, while also co-leading the Asia Regional Group of the International Climate Politics Hub. He holds a Master’s degree in Renewable Energy Engineering from TERI University and has authored or co-authored multiple policy briefs and blogs, including a G20 Leaders’ Summit briefing, as well as policy papers for the T20. An active contributor to regional and global civil society networks, he is closely engaged with international coalitions focused on climate equity and just transition.
Outside of work, Nakul finds balance as a regular yoga practitioner, channels his competitive spirit as a keen cricket fan, and enjoys experimenting in the kitchen, where he brings creativity to traditional Indian cuisine.
