Luke O’Callaghan-White
Programme Lead
Luke leads the EU energy transition programme at E3G.
Prior to joining the team at E3G, Luke was the Programme Manager for Energy and Climate Policy at Friends of Europe, a Brussels-based think tank. Luke has previously worked in Canada and Ireland and has extensive experience working as a researcher, and a policy advisor in the energy sector.
Luke is a committee member of the Irish Centre for European Law, where he serves as an expert on matters relating to energy law in the European Union. Luke holds an MA in Political Science from the University of Toronto and a BA in Political Science and Geography from Trinity College Dublin.
In his spare time, Luke enjoys reading, yoga, and supporting the Dublin senior hurling and camogie teams.
