Flaminia is a Researcher on the Place-based Transitions within the Clean Economy Programme at E3G.

Her area of focus is buildings decarbonisation and energy system transformation, supporting our research, thought leadership and stakeholder engagement activities at EU and Member States level. 

Prior to E3G, Flaminia has worked as Research Executive at Kantar Public Brussels, carrying out multi-country qualitative and quantitative studies. Before that, she has also worked at CEPS. 

Flaminia holds a Master’s in European Economic Studies & Public Policy Analysis from the College of Europe in Bruges. Her expertise is on the economics of climate change and energy policy within the EU. She was also part of a student-led initiative “Brugge Institute on the Future of Europe” think tank, leading the Climate and Energy working group. 

In her spare time, Flaminia enjoys taking a walk on a sunny day, museums and art exhibitions, and dancing modern jazz.
