Abigail Lee
Asia Policy Advisor
Abigail is an Asia Policy Advisor for the International Transition Plan Network (ITPN) at E3G.
Based in Singapore, Abigail supports the ITPN’s transition planning work in Asia, mainly in Japan, Singapore and Indonesia. As the organisation deepens its engagements in the region, she serves as a key point of contact in Asia, building and managing relationships with key public sector stakeholders from government ministries and regulators, civil society, and business and finance. She aims to help unlock these jurisdictions’ full potential in utilising transition plans and sector-specific transition plans as a strategic tool for investment decision-making and mobilising transition finance.
Before joining E3G, Abigail was a Sustainability Manager in Singapore’s built environment sector, leading Group-level ISSB-aligned disclosures. Prior to this, she was with the London-based FAIRR Initiative, and contributed to the WWF Food Forward NDCs Policy Toolkit launched at COP28, alongside research and publications on alternative proteins for Nikkei Asia and Dialogue Earth.
Abigail holds a BA (First Class Honours) in International Social and Political Studies from the University College London, with a special focus on International Relations and Japanese language at UCL.
