Will O’Leary
Policy Advisor
Will is a Policy Advisor in the Sustainable Finance team.
Will works with a range of government, civil society and non-state partners to drive progress on sustainable finance in the UK.
Will works as part of the UK sustainable finance team at E3G, building support for reforms that can deliver ambitious climate and finance policy outcomes. Will works on policies that can strengthen UK’s approach to Green Finance and Net-Zero investment, while also looking at the role the UK can play in catalysing international action on sustainable finance.
Will has spent the last 6 years in the policy and campaigning space, with experience in consultancy, as well as in the charity sector. Prior to joining E3G, Will worked at the Wellcome Trust, the global health foundation, specifically focusing on building support for international action on global health challenges, while highlighting the health impacts of climate change.
Will originally studied Politics and outside of work he is (slowly) learning Spanish, while also enjoying watching Arsenal, getting outside and going to gigs.
