Eduardo is a Researcher supporting the UK Sustainable Finance team in London. His work focuses on developing analysis and engagement for E3G’s work on delivering climate finance at scale for the net zero transition.

His work is mainly focused on the politics of the UK’s net-zero finance transition and building the link between E3G’s sustainable finance political economy and governance program. Passionate about the role of climate finance, Eduardo works on the post-COP26 policy implications in the UK to reform the financial sector towards achieving the net-zero transition.

He started his career in climate working as a coordinator at Student Energy where he engaged young people in international energy forums. He also worked for the Government of British Columbia’s Ministry of Transportation on transport sustainability.

Eduardo holds an MSc in Climate Change, Development and Policy from the University of Sussex and a BSc in Geology. Eduardo enjoys travelling, trying out new recipes and hitting the slopes on his snowboard.
