Camilla leads E3G’s international and finance work within the coal transition team, working with governments and civil society in South East Asia, China and India to accelerate the global coal-to-clean transition.

Camilla is seconded to E3G from the British government’s Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office. Her last diplomatic posting was in South East Asia. There she led a regional network of climate and energy attachés encouraging greater ambition in combatting climate change and supporting governments and business to move away from fossil fuels. She led the UK government’s ASEAN Low Carbon Energy Programme, providing technical assistance and capacity building on green finance and energy efficiency. Prior to that Camilla was a Programme Director at Wilton Park, the Foreign Office’s residential centre for international policy development, facilitating dialogues on environmental and energy issues.

Camilla has a BA in History from Bristol University and a Masters in Art Conoisseurship from NYU.

Camilla has lived in Tokyo, New York and Singapore. Outside work Camilla enjoys travel, art and running with her dog.
