Sarah Jackson is a Policy Advisor for transatlantic diplomacy in E3G’s Berlin office.
As part of E3G’s Climate Diplomacy and Geopolitics team, she works on transatlantic climate cooperation between the US and the EU, and also between the US and Germany.
Previously, Sarah worked as a policy staffer for Speaker Nancy Pelosi in the US House of Representatives, advising on climate and environmental issues.
Sarah holds a Master of Public Policy from the Hertie School in Berlin where she was a scholar with the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD). Her studies focused on climate and energy policies, culminating in her master’s thesis on the adoption of a carbon border adjustment mechanism in the US.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys bouldering, dancing and playing basketball.
