Adrien is a Researcher within E3G’s Public Banks team.

Adrien is part of the E3G Public Bank Climate Tracker Matrix team, which assesses how the most well-known public banks, including Multilateral and National Development Banks, are mainstreaming climate change into their work in order to achieve the goals of the Paris Agreement. 

Before joining E3G, Adrien worked within the bilateral relations unit of DG Climate Action of the European Commission. There, he worked on fostering climate policy cooperation between the EU and third countries, with a particular focus on the Asia-Pacific and European Neighbourhood regions. Prior to this, he was part of the office of Executive Secretary Espinosa at the UNFCCC Secretariat, supporting her diplomatic outreach activities in preparation of and during the Glasgow COP26. 

Adrien holds a double master’s degree in International Affairs from the London School of Economics and Peking University and a bachelor’s degree in Politics and International Studies from the University of Warwick. 

Originally from France, Adrien enjoys photography, discovering Brussels’ Art Nouveau heritage and racket sports.
