Marion Hofmann

Project Manager

Marion is a Project Manager at E3G. Her role focuses on ensuring projects runs efficiently and smoothly. She has worked on organising London Climate Action Week 2021 and is now managing a project focussing on agriculture, land use and food systems.

Marion Hofmann

Prior to joining E3G Marion spent 20 years working in the sustainability and climate change space. Her expertise includes writing and implementing climate change policy for local authorities, running behaviour change programmes for civil society around energy, circular economy and biodiversity.   

She has been leading low carbon retrofit programmes for housing associations and working in sustainable asset management where she used financial modelling to create option appraisals and health checks for nationwide housing stock in order to bring up homes to a high standard of energy efficiency.  

Marion holds an MA (Hons) Sustainable Environmental Management from Middlesex University where her work focused on climate policy.  

In her spare time, she is a member of the Climate Emergency Environment Network Advisory Group of her local council and she set up a herbicide-free trial in her local area.
