Roxana Dela Fiamor
Roxana Dela Fiamor joined the Brussels team as a Researcher in Clean Economy, focused on Place-Based Transitions.
She works closely with the Green Finance Institute as it seeks to roll out its UK Coalition for the Energy Efficiency of Buildings model – convening various actors for purpose-driven innovation around new financial products, services and digital tools that accelerate the flow of private finance and investment into buildings renovation – into EU Member States.
She is also involved in mapping the political economy of heating and cooling decarbonisation in key Member States.
Roxana Dela has previously worked in the sustainable housing and smart cities sector. She is a former DG CLIMA trainee where she worked on carbon leakage (EU ETS).
She holds an MSc in Environmental Impact Assessment from the University of Manchester, and a Masters in Political Economy of the Environment from Grenoble Alpes University.
In her free time, she is actively engaged in the local emergence of a community-building process, learning with others how to build individual and collective capacity to be active agents of social change.
