Elisa is a Researcher focusing on moving beyond fossil fuels and leveraging investment in the clean economy. Elisa leads our work on the EU’s Climate Law and the European energy infrastructure policy.
Elisa joined the E3G's Brussels office in 2017. She has worked on a broad range of policies supporting E3G’s outreach on the Clean Energy Package, the post-2020 EU Budget and the 2019 European Parliament Elections. Elisa is leading E3G’s outreach to the European Parliament.
Elisa holds a Master in European Studies from the Université Libre de Bruxelles and a Bachelor in International Relations and Diplomatic Affairs from the University of Bologna (Italy). She wrote her master’s thesis on how the think tanks’ modus operandi relates to the sources of funding of these organizations. During her studies in Italy, Elisa was an active member of AIESEC and founder of a local Committee in Forli. She speaks Italian, English, and French.
