Elisa joined E3G's Brussels office in January 2017. She is a Researcher working on the Energy Union Governance, the post-2020 EU Budget, and the 2019 European Parliament Elections.
Elisa firstly joined as an intern in the Brussels office. She mainly worked on tracking EU leaders’ reaction to Brexit and supporting E3G's outreach on the Clean Energy for All Package, in Brussels. She has spent most of her time supporting the advocacy around the CE4A, with a particular focus on the Energy Union Governance regulation.
Elisa holds a Master in European Studies from the Université Libre de Bruxelles and a Bachelor in International Relations and Diplomatic Affairs from the University of Bologna (Italy). She wrote her master’s thesis on how the modus operandi of think tanks relates to the sources of funding of these organizations. During her studies in Italy, Elisa was an active member of AIESEC and founder of a local Committee in Forli. She speaks Italian, English, and French.
