  • Today, US President Biden has announced the US nomination of Ajay Banga as the next World Bank President. Banga currently serves as Vice Chairman at General Atlantic and previously as President and CEO of Mastercard.
  • The World Bank is currently undergoing a major reform process as part of its Evolution Roadmap to focus more on the global climate challenge.
