New head of E3G Brussels announced

E3G is pleased to announce the appointment of current senior policy advisor Quentin Genard to step up as head of the Brussels office as long-time lead, Manon Dufour goes on maternity leave.

Since joining E3G in 2012, Manon has proved an invaluable asset to E3G’s work. Her efforts have shaped and disseminated E3G messaging in Brussels and across Europe. She spearheaded the growth of our Brussels operation, which has now expanded from two to seven staff in our new Brussels office location. She is also a much sought-after expert on EU climate and energy policies. We wish Manon the best on her leave and look forward to her return.

Quentin is currently number two in our Brussels office. Since joining in 2014 he has led E3G’s work on Energy Union Governance, EU ambition politics and the EU’s “climate neutrality” strategy, with a specific focus on coalition building and strategic communication. During Manon’s leave, Quentin will focus on developing even further the Brussels office influence while maintaining E3G’s excellent thought leadership and publication standards.

We look forward to welcoming Quentin as the new head of Brussels office and all he has to offer.

E3G Brussels was established ten years ago. It is the home of most of E3G Europe’s team members working on EU climate and energy policies. E3G have offices in Brussels, Berlin, Washington DC and London. E3G is an independent climate and energy think tank working to accelerate the transition to a low-carbon economy. In 2018 E3G was ranked fifth best environmental think tank in the world by the Go To Think Tank Index.
