How will the Paris attacks affect outcomes at COP21?

This morning on the BBC, E3G Chairman Tom Burke spoke about the effect the Paris attacks are likely to have on the outcomes of the UN Climate Negotiations known as COP21.

"The atrocities will clearly make a big difference to the mood, it will change the political mood. And in quite a lot of ways that might be helpful because it will bind the leaders together."

From climate marches and activism to cultural activities, and media reporting, there are a great many external influencers on these negotiations.
