Spirits are high at COP21 today.
Good news is that the text parties have been working on since February has smoothly gone through to Ministers. Due to the hard work of everyone in Paris there has been progress on many fronts, shortening the text and removing gaps.
Laurent Fabius will be opening the COP tonight and explaining the processes of ministerial negotiations next week.
There is still progress to be made with the text and it's likely there will be more dramas next week, but we're on track.
