Rosalind joined E3G in September 2013 and is a Senior Policy Advisor working EU climate and energy policy in the E3G Brussels office. She focuses on developing and disseminating E3G’s strategy and messages on EU climate ambition, risk and diplomacy
Rosalind has a particular interest in climate impacts, resilience and improving climate risk management in Europe. She has worked with cities, governments and civil society to provide risk analysis and political strategy on resilience.
Prior to joining E3G, Rosalind worked for the Foreign Office where she was the Environment Attaché at the UK Delegation to the OECD & IEA in Paris. There she was responsible for leading the UK’s input on green growth and the economic impacts of climate change. She also worked as a Policy Officer at the European Commission on climate adaptation policy specialising on urban impacts. Alongside her master studies she was a legal researcher advising on carbon market regulation at Climate Focus.
Rosalind has a masters in environmental policy and law from Utrecht University in the Netherlands and a law degree from the University of Edinburgh.
