Gabriel O’Rourke
Policy Advisor
Gabriel is a Policy Advisor on Trade & Climate in the Industry Transition & Trade team, based in the Brussels office.
Prior to joining E3G, Gabriel worked as Policy Advisor at the Permanent Representation of Ireland to the OECD and UNESCO, where he led on the mission’s engagement on trade and investment issues at the OECD. He has also completed traineeships in the European Parliament and with European Movement Ireland.
Gabriel has a master’s degree in EU International Relations and Diplomacy Studies from the College of Europe in Bruges and a bachelor’s degree in History and Political Science from Trinity College Dublin.
Born in Ireland, Gabriel grew up in Dublin and the Chartreuse mountains in France, and enjoys reading and playing football in his spare time.
