Chloe Revill is a Diplomatic Writer for Climate Briefing Service - a joint E3G-WRI Platform providing political analysis and intelligence to a wide range of actors in the run up to the Paris 2015 climate change negotiations.
Chloe has been working on climate change policy, diplomacy and programme development since 2008. Prior to joining E3G, Chloe worked as an independent consultant in southern Africa, supporting organisations to design national climate change programmes and apply for international climate finance. Before that she worked on climate change policy and politics at the Aldersgate Group, the Foreign & Commonwealth Office, the Department of Energy and Climate Change and Her Majesty's Treasury.
Chloe has in-depth knowledge of the politics surrounding the UNFCCC negotiations. During her time at the Department of Energy and Climate Change she played an instrumental role in catalysing and managing an innovative alliance of 30+ developed and developing country governments known as the "Cartagena Dialogue for Progressive Action."
