COP21 Day 11: less progress overnight, leadership needed

It was a long night but little progress was made into day 11 of COP21.

However it's picking up today – there will be another Comité de Paris at 3pm for ministers to recieve feedback. We're expecting a text later this afternoon/evening.

Yesterday we saw consensus among the developing countires that some options in the text move away from the spirit of the Convention and the fairness within it.

Today we need the developed countires to stand up and assert leadership on a range of issues. This will enable an enriched conversation amoung the developing countries about how much action they can take on their own and where they can transition.
