New approaches and tools are required in order to support the complex convergent policy solutions needed to achieve the global transition to sustainable development.
E3G founders and staff have extensive experience at the heart of policy development and decision making within government, business and the NGO sector. We use this experience to help other organisations develop their capacity to deliver change, and develop resources that help individuals implement strategic approaches to policy development and delivery.
This programme area sees E3G working on issues of institutional change, problem solving techniques, strategy and decision-making tools, and collaboration mechanisms.
