Can Europe be a leader? Would it have the support of citizens? How might it be viewed from outside Europe?
This presentation looks at these questions. It also includes recent polling data on perceptions of Europe undertaken by GlobeScan which were discussed at the joint E3G-GlobeScan-The Centre event in Brussels in May 2006.
