NPR Climate Connections: Tom Burke Interview

Throughout 2007, National Public Radio in the USA is running a regular series profiling individuals who are making a difference on climate change.
Yesterday saw E3G Founding Director Tom Burke in the spotlight. Interviewed by Richard Harris, there is an article on the NPR site to accompany the audio report of their journey around London.

Both versions of the profile chart Tom’s career from ‘firebrand environmentalist’ to his senior advisory roles in the UK Government and at mining company Rio Tinto.
The interview also discuss Tom’s love for the paintings of Alan Rankle, his pragmatic approach to making change happen, and his firm conviction of the political nature of the climate change challenge.
