EUpolitix: EU energy package fails to impress MEPs

EUpolitix reported yesterday that “The European commission’s proposals to tackle global warming have received a mixed reaction by MEPs”.
The article runs through a quick survey of views from the different political groups before ending with the statement that
Meanwhile, a new policy paper by Brussels-based think tank E3G argues that European leaders should make climate change and energy security their “defining mission” in the 21st century.
Intriguing that we now appear to be based in Brussels. That’s not true (at least yet), but Nick Mabey’s Eurostar frequent traveller points are certainly clocking up at an impressive rate.
